Senior Sustainability Consultant
Bristol (Hybrid work pattern)
Salary circa £45,000 + Car Allowance + Excellent Benefits
Irwin and Colton have been engaged by a major, global real estate firm, to recruit a Senior Sustainability Consultant. The company are leaders in their field and deliver projects across a number of sectors, working with leading global organisations. This role will involve working with clients at different stages, from design phase of new developments through to construction, to asset management of existing portfolios, to help clients' achieve their sustainability targets.
This is a unique opportunity that doesn't come along too often!
Responsibilities for the Senior Sustainability Consultant will include:
Working closely with a range of key stakeholders across a varied portfolio, primarily on Ready For Occupancy (RFO) or In-Use properties, but also new construction
Lead the delivery of multiple certification projects such as BREEAM, LEED, WELL and FitWel, mentoring and coaching others within the team to support
Writing, reviewing and delivering policies and procedures to ensure best practice is implemented
Constantly scan for areas of improvement, looking to provide suitable solutions
The successful Senior Sustainability Consultant will have:
Proven experience in a similar role ideally within property, development, construction or related field
Qualified in an appropriate sustainability or environmental discipline, ideally with experience in design, BREEAM, LEED, WELL and/or FitWe
Excellent communications skills with proven experience engaging a wide range of stakeholders
