Senior Health and Safety Advisor
London | up to £65,000 + Car Allowance and Benefits
Are you looking to join a major Principal Contractor and industry leader across the construction sector?
We're working with a very well-established leader in the fit-out, new build and major refurbishments sector to recruit a Senior Health and Safety Advisor. This role will cover a number of high-profile projects in London. They have a strong commitment to health and safety and this role will play a key part in supporting site teams, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement across projects.
Responsibilities of the Senior Health and Safety Advisor will include:
- Assisting in the implementation and delivery of the company's health and safety strategy across fit-out and refurbishment projects.
- Conducting site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Providing support and guidance to site teams and contractors on best practices for health and safety.
- Assisting in incident investigations, identifying root causes, and recommending corrective actions.
The successful Senior Health and Safety Advisor will have:
- Previous experience in a similar role within construction, fit-out, or a related sector.
- The ability to engage and influence site teams, ensuring health and safety best practices are followed.
- NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) as a minimum.
