About Luke

As the Team Lead for the Construction Permanent Recruitment team, I specialise in delivering recruitment solutions across Construction, Civil Engineering, and Infrastructure projects. I focus on building strong partnerships and matching top professionals with key roles that help drive business success.

Since 2024, I’ve mainly worked with Tier 1 Principal Contractors and a range of specialist contractors, particularly within the Fit-Out and M&E sectors.

Work Highlight

I really enjoy connecting with people in the Health and Safety sector who are passionate about what they do. This role gives me the chance to build long-lasting relationships across the country and help candidates take the next step in their careers.

In 2024, I was proud to receive the Rising Star Award in recognition of my performance and contribution to the team at Irwin and Colton.

Out of office

I’m a big sports fan and enjoy staying active. You’ll often find me on the tennis court or at my local cricket club (particularly during the summer). Cricket has been a major part of my life; it’s given me the chance to compete at a high level, meet great people, and even travel the world. I was lucky enough to spend six months in New Zealand playing a full season in Auckland before joining Irwin and Colton.

I also enjoy hiking and running, taking on long-distance challenges such as the London Marathon in 2025 and climbing several mountain summits across Europe.
