What can you expect in this role?
- Lead and mentor teams to enhance safety and health capabilities, showcasing your leadership and building a strong safety culture.
- Improve safety awareness across all levels, making a tangible impact on workplace culture and demonstrating your ability to influence and motivate
- Engage with contractors, regulators, and agencies, expanding your network and enhancing your problem-solving skills in safety management.
What does this role offer you?
- £55,000 base salary with company car and a £4,000 retention bonus

What We're Looking For:
- Experience in logistics, warehousing, or distribution is ideal.
- Experience leading behavioural change programs and influencing safety across multiple sites.
- NEBOSH Certificate (minimum), and IOSH membership are a plus but not required - NEBOSH Diploma is a bonus
- Strong understanding of health and safety legislation.
- A passionate and proactive approach to health and safety is essential.
