Responsibilities for the Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Manager will include:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to communicate and implement health and safety policies across the organisation.
- Advise project teams and engineers on the day-to-day application of the UK health and safety management system, ensuring compliance and reporting against key metrics.
- Act as a key point of contact for third-party organisations, including contractors, clients, and enforcement agencies.
- Prepare and present HSE reports to the senior management team.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the health and safety strategy.
The successful Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Manager candidate will have:
- Proven experience in a similar role within utilities, fit-out, refurbishment, or mechanical & electrical sectors.
- A NEBOSH or NVQ qualification at certificate level (or equivalent).
- The ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong technical knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation, compliance, and regulations.
