£30,000 - £35,000 + £5,000 car allowance

With new sites under development and operations expanding, they're looking for someone who's eager to learn and play a key role in maintaining safe, compliant, and efficient operations.
As Health, Safety and Environment Coordinator, you'll work closely with site teams to support day-to-day compliance and help embed a proactive safety culture. This isn't a policing role, it's about being part of operations, understanding the work, and making a positive impact.
Responsibilities of the Health, Safety and Environment Coordinator will include:
- Learning company processes and systems over the first 6 months
- Supporting site compliance activities and audit readiness
- Writing and maintaining risk assessments and compliance documentation
- Working collaboratively with site teams and external partners
The successful Health, Safety and Environment Coordinator will have:
- A positive attitude, curiosity, and a hands-on approach
- Strong communication and people skills
- Some understanding of HSE principles or an interest in building this knowledge
- NEBOSH General or equivalent qualification (or a willingness to work towards it)
