Health, Safety and Environment Advisor
Plymouth | Circa £40,000 plus Benefits
We have been engaged by a leading aggregates and construction company, to recruit a Health, Safety and Environment Advisor. The Health, Safety and Environment Advisor will support operations across the site in Plymouth and work on a wide range of projects.

Responsibilities of the Health, Safety and Environment Advisor will include:
- Working closely with the Head of Health and Safety to implement the safety, health and environmental strategy
- Delivering site inductions and ensuring compliance with the site permit control systems
- Performing regular audits and inspections across sites in the regional area, accurately reporting on findings
- Ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and legislation, striving to reach industry best practice
The successful Health, Safety and Environment Advisor will have:
- Previous experience within construction, heavy manufacturing, waste / recycling or other related high-risk industry experience
- NEBOSH/NCRQ Certificate (or equivalent) in health and safety and membership of IOSH
- Excellent communications skills with proven experience of engaging with a range of stakeholders
