BREEAM Assessor

We're delighted to be working with one of the UK's leading Principal Contractors to recruit a new BREEAM Assessor. The role will be joining a well-established, yet growing team, and will be focusing on the delivery of BREEAM assessments from pre-assessment to post construction stage on a variety of large-scale projects. The company have a clear mission to drive change for a more Sustainable built environment, and this role is integral to its success.
Key responsibilities of the BREEAM Assessor will include:
* Lead day-to-day delivery for BREEAM assessments, prepare reports for submission and liaise with internal stakeholders on how to maximise BREEAM credits.
* Ensure data is collected and reviewed for documentation and assessments.
* Monitor workload against targets, ensuring that project documentation is up-to-date and complies with internal procedures.
* Act as a main point of contact for key project stakeholders including clients, contractors, and regulators
The successful BREEAM Assessor requires:
* Demonstrable environmental and sustainability experience, ideally within construction, civil engineering, or related industry
* Relevant accreditation and qualification experience as a BREEAM Assessor and/or BREEAM AP
* Ideally hold a professional membership with a recognised environmental body (IEMA, CIEEM, CIWEM)
* A passion for excellence, and an ambition to grow and develop.
