Associate Director
Location: Manchester (Homebased with Travel)
Salary: Circa £85,000 plus Excellent Benefits
Irwin and Colton have been engaged by an innovative Health and Safety Consultancy looking to recruit a new Associate Director. The role will be diverse, working alongside senior management, driving business objectives and deliverables across their client base. The company's client base ranges from global financial companies and entertainment providers through to manufacturing and construction organisations.
Responsibilities of the Associate Director will include:
Developing and enhancing the business strategy, creating a clear delivery roadmap to ensure the vison is achieved
Working with a range of clients, overseeing project delivery, accurately assessing health and safety risks and strategy, and working with clients to create and deliver solutions
Maintaining and continually developing strong relationships with clients to truly understand their requirements and be able to create innovative solutions
Develop and implement effective strategies for client acquisition, with a focus on diverse industries.
Skills and experience that the Associate Director will have:
Consultancy leadership experience with a proven track record of creating pragmatic, innovative solutions, ideally across a range of sectors
Degree or diploma (or equivalent) in health and safety
Proven management and leadership experience, excellent communications skills with experience of engaging with a range of stakeholders at a global scale
Good commercial acumen, financial understanding, and an entrepreneurial focus
