Health, Safety and Environment Manager | Wellingborough
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + Excellent Benefits
We are pleased to have been engaged by a vehicle components manufacturer for the trucking and defence industry to find a new Health, Safety and Environment Manager. This role will lead on Health, Safety and Environment for their established manufacturing facility in Wellingborough.

Responsibilities of the Health, Safety and Environment Manager will include:
Working closely with the site senior management team to implement Health and Safety policies and procedures across the site to ensure full regulatory compliance
Managing a regular audit and reporting program and communicating performance across the company
Acting as the Health, Safety and Environmental point of contact for internal and external stakeholders including senior management, operational staff and external regulators
Leading on programmes of work and new initiatives across Health, Safety and Environmental issues
The successful Health, Safety and Environment Manager will have:
Similar experience in a health, safety and environment role within manufacturing, engineering, chemicals or other related industry
NEBOSH/NCRQ certificate or equivalent , ideally membership of IOSH
Excellent communication skills with proven experience engaging colleagues and a wide range of stakeholders
A strong technical knowledge across relevant Health, Safety and Environment legislation
