Irwin and Colton are pleased to have been engaged by one of the world's leading sports and entertainment organisations who are looking to bring on board a new Health and Safety Lead. The vacancy is brand new and will lead on their wider corporate and governance side to the business with focus on the corporate real estate, contractor management, procurement and supply chain, staff training, and more. The role also reports to the Head of Health and Safety.

  • Ensuring contractors on-sites are compliant to agreed legislation and company guidelines

  • Proven experience within the built environment; ideally from a facilities management/property/media/hospitality background

  • Experience in influencing, engaging, and liaising with senior management to create cultural change on safety

  • Strong working understanding of relevant ISO systems (ISO 45001, 14001, and 9001)

  • Experience managing a team of health and safety professionals

Happy to be office/site based. This is not a role working from home
