Health and Safety Coordinator
Location: London
Salary: Circa £33,000 + Excellent Benefits
Irwin and Colton have been engaged by a leading entertainment provider to recruit a Health and Safety Coordinator. The organisation are renowned within the industry, with over 60 venues across the UK, Germany and the US. This role will be reporting to the Group Risk Director and working within a team of safety professionals.
Responsibilities of the Health and Safety Coordinator will include:
- Implementing health and safety policies and procedures and ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
- Conduct investigations, and report on significant incidents and claims.
- Provide administrative support to the Risk Management and Wider Group Operations Team
- Managing the incident management system; ensure it is being appropriately and proportionately utilised across the business.
The successful Health and Safety Coordinator will have:
- Proven experience in Health and Safety ideally within Hospitality, Retail or a property environment
- A critical eye for detail and excellent analytical skills
- NEBOSH General Certificate is desirable
- Excellent communications skills with proven experience engaging a wide range of stakeholders in a corporate environment
