Health and Safety Advisor
Location: Southeast (London Borough of Bromley)
Salary: Circa £45,000 plus benefits
Irwin and Colton are pleased to have been engaged by one of the world's leading sports and entertainment organisations who are looking to bring on board a new Health and Safety Advisor. The vacancy will support their wider corporate and governance side to the business, with particular focus on the corporate real estate, contractor management, procurement and supply chain, staff training support, and more. The role also reports to the Corporate Health and Safety Lead.

Responsibilities of the Health and Safety Advisor will include:
- Engaging with key stakeholders to support the drive on a positive health and safety culture, from employees right through to senior management
- Supporting the wider business units on the development and delivery of operational safety protocol; identifying opportunities to enhance the effectiveness of the health and safety function internally and externally with clients
- Supporting on the integration of ISO-45001 to ensure that it reflects best practice
- To analyse risk across the working environment and to support change to mitigate risks
The successful Health and Safety Advisor will have:
- NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) and relevant membership of a professional body
- Proven experience within the built environment; ideally from a facilities management/property/media/hospitality background
- Experience in influencing, engaging, and liaising with senior management to create cultural change on safety
- Working understanding of relevant ISO systems (ISO 45001, 14001, and 9001)
Happy to be office or site based 4/5days per week.
