I lead our Contract and Interim function across the Health, Safety, Sustainability and Environment space, placing roles such as:

• Interim Directors, Heads of Health and Safety, Heads of Environment and Sustainability

• HSE and Sustainability Consultants

• Site-based Health and Safety Advisors and Managers

• Environment and Sustainability Advisors and Managers

• Specific project-based professionals such as ISO management systems implementation, trainers, change management, behavioural safety specialists or other specialist health, safety, environment and sustainability roles

Work Highlight

Having been in contract recruitment since April 2023, I love working closely with interim HSE professionals.

I focus on understanding what motivates them and what they want next, then matching that to urgent and important requirements in industry. The pace of interim suits me, and I enjoy the commercial challenge of solving immediate resourcing needs for clients and helping contractors secure the right project at the right time.

I was recognised with the Rising Star Award in 2023 and received the Commercial Performance Award in 2024 for being the top commercial performer.

Out of office

Outside the office, my time is mostly spent on sport, fitness, and training.

I am a seasoned marathon runner and triathlete working towards the six World Major Marathons and a full Ironman. I also enjoy hiking and mountain challenges and recently climbed Mount Olympus with Irwin and Colton.

I am a big cricket and football fan, supporting West Ham (for my sins!), and I play football on Sundays as well.
