Work Highlight

Building relationships with clients and candidates and finding positive solutions to help them, as well as becoming part of a dynamic and forward-thinking team are just a few motivations amongst many others that drive me. Being able to do all these at once at Irwin and Colton provides a great sense of fulfilment and desire to make a real difference in people’s lives, particularly in an industry that has become and will continue to become more important than ever to protect the world we live in.

Out of office

Outside the office my time is spent heavily on all things sport and activity. I regularly train at the gym and love to run, where my next target is to run the London Marathon in 2024. I’m also a huge football fan and a big supporter (and bearer) of West Ham United, where I have a season ticket, meaning a lot of my weekends are spent there. In addition, prior to working at Irwin and Colton, I fulfilled one of my lifelong dreams to go backpacking in South East Asia where I strengthened my passion and love for travelling and exploring new areas of the world. I also love my cricket and spend a lot of the summer period playing for my local team. At the University of Liverpool, where I studied for three years, I was the President of the cricket club which further deepened my passion for helping others and leadership, making my role at Irwin and Colton even more fulfilling by working with equally passionate people dedicated to helping others and making a positive impact.
