Where we started
Helios Towers were looking to identify and recruit a Group Head of HSE and Quality with experience leading the SHEQ agenda across a diverse, multi-national environment with a particular focus on leading improvements across developing nations. The role was primarily tasked with taking ownership of SHEQ strategy, policies, documentation and reporting. Key to this role was leading behavioural change programs and striving for continuous improvement.
How we helped
We were engaged to run an Executive Search to recruit this position. Tasked with identifying an extremely niche skill set the entire senior candidate market was mapped with suitable candidates approached and assessed against the preagreed criteria. The multinational interview process was managed through to successful outcome.
The successful candidate
The successful candidate had extensive experience across the UK, Middle East and Africa holding the role of QHSE and Business Improvement Director within an organisation with a £1bn turnover. In particular the candidate had created and successfully implemented behavioural change programs which have contributed to driving QHSE performance in diverse, multinational environments.
