Where we started

Berkeley Group were looking to hire a Sustainability Manager to solely lead sustainability within the St Joseph business, managing the corporate sustainability strategy and standards. The role was previously covered by another division, but due to growth this position was formed.

The organisation was keen to fill the position quickly, due to an internally sourced candidate withdrawing from the role.
