The Background

Following a period of growth, Superstruct looked to appoint a Director of Safety Management to lead the systemisation of health and safety across the Group.

The role required a transformational leader with deep technical expertise, global experience, and the ability to influence across diverse, multi-national teams. The position was based in London and reported to the Director of Operations.
