Sustainability Advisor

Irwin & Colton have been engaged by a market-leading Global Facilities Management company to recruit a Sustainability Advisor to join the organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic individual looking to build their career in sustainability and to drive change across a global organisation.
Responsibilities of the Sustainability Advisor will include:
- Promoting best sustainability practice across the organisation, influencing both internal and external stakeholders wherever possible
- Supporting both the commercial function and customer accounts to develop new concepts and promote sustainability values
- Providing support to the wider Sustainability teams in the production of sustainability concepts and material
- Assisting on the management of multiple sustainability projects across the organisation and identifying and reporting key risks associated with the project to senior professionals within the business.
The successful Sustainability Advisor will have:
- Relevant qualifications related to Environment or Sustainability, such as Environmental Health degree (equivalent)
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the Facilities Management or Real Estate
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proven understanding of Carbon scopes 1-3
