As a professional in the field of health, safety, and environment (HSE) recruitment, my work revolves around connecting exceptional candidates with rewarding career opportunities. I take great pride in understanding the passions and aspirations of talented individuals withing the HSE space and leveraging that knowledge to match them with the right roles.

My primary focus is on building strong relationships with candidates, gaining insights into their career goals, and understanding the key factors that drive their motivation. By thoroughly comprehending their skills, experiences, and ambitions, I am able to provide them with personalized guidance and support throughout their job search journey.

Simultaneously, I work closely with clients to comprehend their specific needs and requirements when it comes to filling HSE positions within their organisations. By aligning the unique qualities of each candidate with the expectations and culture of the client, I strive to create transformative opportunities that benefit both parties.

To excel in my role, I recognise the importance of continuous learning and development and staying up to date with the latest trends, regulations, and advancements in the HSE industry. This ongoing professional development enables me to enhance my expertise and provide valuable insights to both clients and candidates.

Out of office

I have a passion for sports including competitive cricket and rugby. I originally studied Criminal Justice at University because of an interest in understanding and helping people, this has led me towards health and safety recruitment. I am driven by a genuine passion for helping individuals reach their full potential and contribute to their growth and success whilst fostering partnerships with clients that drive excellence and safety in the workplace.

Also, I have a passion for travel and spent 6 months travelling Australia and Southeast Asia, creating lifelong memories and experiences. I would love to continue to explore new places, however, this may be scuppered (for now) as I’m expecting my first child.
